    - Information provided when using interactive online features, which we use to enable you to participate in such features that we provide through our Web Sites; and

    - Correspondence you send to us, which we use to reply to inquiries we receive from you.

    - Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that personal information.

    - The categories of third parties with whom we share that personal information.

    - The specific pieces of personal information we collected about you.

    - Right to Data Portability.  You have the right to request a copy of personal information we have collected and maintained about you in the past 12 months. We will provide our response in a readily usable format, which is usually electronic.

    - Right to Correct.  You have the right to correct inaccuracies in the personal information we collect from you, taking into account the nature of the personal information and the purposes for which we process it.

    - Right to Request Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete any of your personal information that we collected from you and retained, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request (see “Exercising Access, and Deletion Rights), we will delete (and direct our service providers to delete) your personal information from our records. However, we may retain personal information that has been de-identified or aggregated. Furthermore, we may deny your deletion request if retaining the information is necessary for us or our service provider(s) in order to perform certain actions set forth under California Consumer Privacy Laws, such as detecting security incidents and protecting against fraudulent or illegal activity.

Right to opt out of selling or sharing.  You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, along with the right to opt in to the sale of such information. However, at the time this Privacy Policy was last updated, we do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for the purpose of cross-context behavioral advertising.

We will still contact you within forty-five (45) days from when you contacted us to let you know we need more time to respond.

In order to protect the security of your personal information, we will not honor a request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you. The method used to verify your identity will vary depending on the nature of the request. Generally speaking, verification will be performed by matching the identifying information provided by you to the personal information that we already have.

  21. Our Web Sites may contain content that is supplied by a third party, and we may provide certain information that does not directly identify individuals about the number of users that access the third party's content, or those third parties may directly collect web site usage information when web pages from a Web Site are served to your browser. This includes links from advertisers, sponsors and partners that may use the Web Sites' logo as part of a co-branding agreement. These other web sites may send their own cookies to you, independently collect data or solicit personal information and may or may not have their own published privacy policies. If you visit a web site that is linked from our Web Sites, you should consult that web site's privacy policy before providing any personal information.
