CBS Outdoor Extends Digital Footprint with Brooklyn Digital Urban Panels
New York urban panel advertising expansion compliments other digital advertising opportunities in the city
CBS Outdoor is excited to announce its Digital Urban Panel expansion into Brooklyn. The new units, located around one of Brooklyn’s busiest and well known hubs, Atlantic Avenue, will impact several diverse audience segments – local residents, commuters, and tourists.
The surge of business and population growth make Brooklyn a highly sought after area for advertiser messaging; based on population, Brooklyn would rank as the fourth largest US city, surpassing Houston.
The digital units are in close proximity to the newly constructed Barclay’s Center, which was recently named as the highest grossing concert and family show venue in the United States by Billboard & Pollstar magazines. The Brooklyn locations join the existing network of 100 Manhattan based double sided screens with state-of-the-art visual technology, strategically placed in high traffic locations and positioned over entrance stairs leading to subways. Both sides include paid advertising messages, while the side facing subway entrances also includes passenger information, including route changes and other important messages from the MTA.
The inclusion of the Brooklyn Digital Urban Panels will complement CBS Outdoor’s robust New York digital footprint, which also includes the Grand Central Digital Network, the Penn/LIRR Digital Network, in addition to three high profile digital billboard properties in NYC – the Digital Roadblock, the Javits Center Digital, and the 1515 Broadway Digital.
