The Annenberg Foundation, a family foundation established in 1989 that provides funding and support to nonprofit organizations in the U.S. and globally, along with the National Wildlife Federation wanted to spread awareness for their urban wildlife conservation efforts, specifically the protection of the Los Angeles mountain lion population. The Federation’s hope is to create a wildlife crossing at Liberty Canyon so they utilized mobile and OOH advertising to boost their fundraising efforts and spread their message.

Bulletins were placed in the West LA area, which reached their target population of those residing in and around the Santa Monica Mountains, which is also home to the LA mountain lion population.

Targeting

This campaign also utilized zip code proximity targeting in 13 areas that fell within and nearby the Santa Monica Mountains to reach their target audience.

Dynamic Landing Page

The Annenberg Foundation and the National Wildlife Federation worked with the OUTFRONT STUDIOS team to create an impactful photo and a concise landing page with a “Donate Now” link that led to the donation site.
