OOH was placed in high traffic rail stations and on buses to increase the reach of DC’s government employees.
A large portion of metro riders are government employees so Aetna combined the downtown street level presence with rail media including where passengers have long dwell time, inside the rail cars.
Creative ads displayed simple and consistent messaging across all forms of media to make connecting and understanding easy.
