The digital billboards featured "BTS" at the start of the campaign. Every 24 hours, a new letter appeared on the billboard, spelling out the word "And". The last reveal showed consumers that BTS's new single would feature artist Steve Aoki.

BTS wanted to engage and develop a dialog with their fans through a tease and reveal campaign. By utilizing digital billboards, they had the ability to apply unlimited creative executions.

Results

The BTS campaign ignited significant social chatter, sparking fans to create the hashtag, #TheGreatBTSBillboardHunt. The campaign reached 50.2M consumers on Twitter and their hit song received 1M streams in the first four hours it was released.
