It’s Red Nose Day 2016, a day where people “get silly” for a great cause, all proceeds from the sale of red noses go to help Children’s Charities across the globe. The day culminates with a star-studded live special on NBC. After starting in the United Kingdom back in 1988, the event made its way the US last year and raised over $20 million. To date, the Red Nose Day Fund and Comic Relief have raised over $1 billion.
OUTFRONT Media is the official OOH partner for NBC’s Broadcast of Red Nose Day. In the spirit of giving, we donated space in 32 markets across many different formats including
digital urban panels and billboards to generate awareness of the broadcast reaching over half of the country! It has been great to see the engagement last year from offices around the country, and the increased engagement this year. I encourage everyone all around the country to have some Red Nose fun today.
